Consumidor:La amiodarona inhibe la conversión periférica de la tiroxina (T4) a triyodotironina (T3) y también contribuye inorgánicos de yodo que puede resultar en la alteración de pruebas de función tiroidea, el hipotiroidismo o el hipertiroidismo. La terapia con amiodarona debe ser administrado con cautela en pacientes con disfunción tiroidea. La supervisión clínica, incluyendo la línea de base y la evaluación periódica de la función de la tiroides es recomendable. Modificación de la tiroides terapia puede ser necesaria.
