Consumidor:

El Tinnitus y pérdida de audición, tanto reversibles y permanente, han sido reportados con el uso de diuréticos de asa. Efectos ototóxicos, en general, han sido asociados con la rápida intravenosa o inyección intramuscular, insuficiencia renal grave, inusualmente altas dosis (es decir, varias veces superior a la normal las dosis recomendadas), y/o el uso concomitante de otros agentes ototóxicos. La terapia con diuréticos de asa debe ser administrado con precaución en pacientes con historial de vestibular y/o con discapacidad auditiva, ya que puede retrasar el reconocimiento o confundir el diagnóstico de un inducida por fármacos ototóxicos efecto. Altas dosis de la terapia parenteral debe ser administrado como infusión controlada.
