Los anticolinérgicos bloquean la inhibición vagal de la SA nodal de marcapasos. La terapia con anticolinérgicos debe ser administrado con cautela a los pacientes con taquicardia, insuficiencia cardíaca congestiva o enfermedad de la arteria coronaria. Prematuro de la despolarización ventricular, taquicardia ventricular, fibrilación y asociados con los anticolinérgicos son raros.
