Consumidor:

El uso de trombolíticos está contraindicado en pacientes con una hemorragia activa (interno), trauma/cirugía (reciente CPR/intracraneal/intraespinal de la cirugía en el plazo de 2 meses), diátesis hemorrágica, la historia de la enfermedad cerebrovascular (CV) accidente, intracraneal defecto (aneurisma, malformación arteriovenosa, neoplasia), severa o hipertensión arterial no controlada (PAS>180/PAD>110). Riesgo versus beneficio debe ser considerado cuidadosamente en las siguientes condiciones y la terapia trombolítica administrado con precaución en pacientes con reciente (10 días) GI graves de sangrado o reciente (10 días) cirugía de bypass coronario con injerto de obstetricia de la entrega, el órgano de la biopsia o punción de no depósito), a la izquierda del corazón trombo, endocarditis bacteriana subaguda, defecto hemostático, CV enfermedad diabética, retinopatía hemorrágica, o el embarazo. La vigilancia clínica de los hematopoyéticas, la hemorragia y la coagulación de las funciones se recomienda antes de la iniciación de la terapia trombolítica. Medidas de la actividad fibrinolítica y/o funciones de la coagulación durante la infusión no se correlacionan con la eficacia o el riesgo de sangrado.
